About Load Eye Q

Built by a broker who needed it.

I spent most of my career in sales. When I transitioned into freight brokerage, I quickly realized that selling freight is only one part of the job.

The reality of brokerage

A broker’s day gets pulled in a dozen directions.

You’re booking trucks. Quoting lanes. Tracking shipments. Calling drivers who suddenly stopped answering. Solving problems when a load doesn’t go according to plan. Following up with customers. Chasing down invoices and making sure people actually pay their bills.

And somewhere in between all of that, you’re supposed to find your next customer.

That’s harder than it sounds.

The problem

Today’s freight can consume the time you need to find tomorrow’s.

Freight brokerage never really stops. There is always something happening with the business you already have, which makes it easy to spend most of your day protecting today’s revenue instead of finding tomorrow’s.

But prospecting isn’t optional.

The constant

New opportunities are the lifeblood of a freight broker.

Customers change providers. Shipping volumes fluctuate. Facilities close. Contacts leave companies. Competitors undercut rates. Accounts that looked permanent can disappear.

If you aren’t consistently building your pipeline, eventually you feel it.

Why I built Load Eye Q

I didn’t need another giant list of companies. I needed to know who was worth calling right now — and why.

I wanted something that could do more than hand me company names and phone numbers. I wanted context that could turn what is happening in the world and inside businesses into a reason to start a conversation.

●

A company opening a new facility.

●

A manufacturer adding a production line.

●

A startup moving from prototypes into production.

●

A business expanding into the United States.

●

A company preparing for a major event.

●

A new product launch creating new freight movement.

●

A seasonal change increasing demand for a category.

●

A supply-chain problem mentioned by an executive.

●

An outside event changing what people need to buy.

Prospect with a reason

Those events create stories. Stories create better sales conversations.

Instead of calling a company and asking, “Do you have any freight I can quote?”, I can call because something happened that gives us a legitimate reason to talk.

Load Eye Q looks for signals that could create transportation, logistics, warehousing, customs, or supply-chain opportunities and turns them into actionable prospecting context.

The goal is simple:

Spend less time searching for companies to call and more time talking to companies that have a reason to listen.

Because brokers already have enough to do. Finding the next opportunity shouldn’t be another full-time job.
